Notwithstanding anything written in section 42, in relation to third party information or data provided by the network service provider in electronic form only because of providing access to such information or data, any information or data mentioned or included in the said information or data. No criminal or civil liability arising in connection with the facts or details shall be borne. However, a person or organization providing network service providing access to such information or data knowingly that any fact or description mentioned or included in that information or data violates this Act or any rule made under this Act shall not be exempted from such liability. Explanation: For the purposes of this section, "Third Party" means a person who is provided by the Network Service Provider as an intermediary and over whom the Network Service Provider has no control.
